What counts as a referral?
A referral is any buyer or seller lead you send or receive through the Realay platform. There are no limits on referrals in any plan.
How does the broker plan work?
The broker plan lets you add your entire agent team. You'll see all their referrals, manage email templates, and have full oversight of the pipeline.
Is the contractor network included?
The contractor network is available on the Broker and Enterprise plans. Contractors have a separate subscription with revenue share back to brokers.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your referral data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
